ok so i went it the plaque fitted into the painting jane wanted to compare the jewelry to make sure so i went to the library and compared the jewelry but when i went to the attic to see the painting jane said she wanted to compare again

@bratz oh yes, you do get it from the library then try picking the brooch up from your inventory and click the painting with it!

Okay, after you check and see that clement has note left his note, go to the door, then run upstairs and hid behind the barrel, then after you replace your note with his, hide in the barrel!
