I just clicked on the water on the right side to place the hose.

when you zoom in on the fountain, the hose goes on the right side.

@Super_Princess_Rosalina when you go towards the sundial, keep going forward.

go to the gazebo and rake the leaves. You will find a hose. Go back to the fountain. Place the hose on the right side and put the blue thing in the gap between the two hoses.
